A young boy was critically injured in a shooting incident in San Fernando after an altercation between neighbors. The assailant, Celina García, is in custody for serious offenses. The child was rushed to Hospital Garrahan for surgery and remains in critical condition while his father was also injured but is safe.

A one year and two months old baby is in critical condition after being injured in a shooting that took place in San Fernando, Buenos Aires. The incident occurred at the intersection of Málaga and Arenales streets around 8:50 PM. The shooter, identified as Celina García, arrived at the scene and began firing at several neighbors present in the area.

The Police intervened after receiving a call to 911 and deployed in the area with an operation to contain the situation. In the midst of the confrontation, the baby and his father, identified as Jonathan Ezequiel Bravo and Celes Oliver Bravo respectively, were injured. Despite a successful surgical intervention, the baby remains in critical condition and his situation is delicate. Celina García has been arrested and is in custody at the Fourth Police Station of San Fernando, facing charges of firearm abuse and serious injuries.

Witnesses reported that the conflict between neighbors had been developing for several weeks and that, in addition to the injured, two houses were set on fire in the Ardoy neighborhood. Through videos filmed by residents, the tension experienced at the time of the shooting was observed, with people running and carrying weapons. The father, injured in the arm, is out of danger and received medical attention at the Hospital of San Isidro.

The baby, after being initially transferred to the Hospital of San Isidro, was later taken to the Garrahan Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery due to the severity of his injuries. It was revealed that Celina García is the daughter of the owner of one of the houses burned down the week before the violent episode, and that this incident triggered her violent reaction.
